Welcome. My name is Tim Davis, an architectural designer and drafter with experience in Commercial Architectural Drafting since 1990. I've been a trained drafter since 1976 and am here to draw your building plans with the quality and attention to detail you would expect from a professional. All at a very competitive price.

My experience ranges from Restaurants, to Retail Stores, Mini Storage Buildings, Automotive Garages, Offices, Warehouses, Car Washes, Medical Offices, Machine Shops, Farm Buildings, etc...

Most projects take an average of 3 to 4 weeks to complete from start to finish.

How This Works

Once we are in contact with each other, you'll be asked if you already have an idea of how you want your building to look and if you have some kind of example (sketch or picture).

We will then take your ideas and start drawing the Floor Plan which is the most important part of the plans. When this is completed, we will post your Floor Plan layout on a web page for you to review in PDF format. This will be the way review the entire project from start to finish.

At this point we will ask you for a deposit of 1/2 of the projected amount of the plan package. When the plans are completed to the final stages you will be asked for the final amount due. Your drawings will then be converted into portable PDF's to scale, which can be printed at most local office suppliers. You can make as many copies as you need.
